A Co-Host is an experienced comehomer that gives a hand to the Hosts helping them to communicate and manage their events. Co-Hosts are also known as ambassadors, and are well known within the community.
How can I become an Ambassador?
Everyone can become an Ambassador, just as long as they are active users of the community who fully embrace the philosophy of comehome and have participated in at least 10 events. If you think you can be a great ambassador send us an email to info@comehome.fun with the subject “I want to be an ambassador” in which you tell us your reasons.
In which cities is comehome available?
Is the comehome app free?
The Comehome app is totally free, but payment is required to participate in all of the events, as a contribution for the expenses made by the Host.
How can I participate in a Comehome event?
Is it safe to participate in a Comehome?
Is the payment method safe?
We use Stripe as payment method to guarantee maximum security to all Comehome users. It is not allowed to pay the contribution with cash or other forms of payment.
How can I verify that my payment was succesful?
When you book a pass for a Comehome event you typically receive an email confirmation directly from our online payment provider. In addition, you can find all your passes or bookings within the app or site in the “My passes” section.
If you do not find one of your passes, you can send us an email to info@comehome.fun with the subject “Pass not present”: our team will promptly make it visible.
When will I receive the details of the exact location of the event?
The details such as address, intercom and floor will be visible in the app and on the website a few hours before the event. All you have to do is click on the event you have signed to and scroll to the bottom part. You will also receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details.
Can I cancel a Comehome booking?
We are perfectly aware that sometimes unexpected events occur and it’s necessary to change programs and by that means cancel your booking.
It is possible to cancel your reservation automatically as long as you respect the cancellation terms set by the host for each event.
By entering the event via both the website and the app, and receive a full refund of the credit cost if the request is made within the hours specified by the host prior to the start of the comehome. On the other hand, it will not be possible to receive a refund of the cost of the service.
I am a little shy to participate on my own ... How can I break the ice?
All those who have experienced Comehome agree on one fact: the best thing is to through yourself out there and find out how simple it is to feel immediately at home after a few minutes. In any case, we advise you to introduce yourself to the community by subscribing to the private facebook group of your city (Milan, Turin, Rome, and Barcelona).
This is where many users interact before, during and after events. You will then be able to find a “buddy” or someone interested to go with you to the first Comehome. You will be welcomed with open arms!
Can I invite friends?
Of course, Comehome is a community open to everyone! We encourage you to invite your friends by sharing the event you are interested in on the social media of your preference; you can do it with a simple click in the event from the app. If your friends participates in a Comehome using the link you shared, you will receive a discount code for helping the Comehome family grow.
Why should I leave a review for the Host?
It is very important that you also write a review about your experience, so that other people in the Comehome community can get an idea of how the event went and know what to expect in the future. In addition, Hosts will be able to improve their experience offered by your suggestions.
How do I organize a Comehome?
To organize a Comehome simply click on the “Organize” section in app or website. The Comehome team will contact you promptly to define all the details and provide you with the Host Guide. If it’s your first event, you can count on the support of a Comehome Co-Host or ambassador that will help you organize, manage everything and will be there before and during the event.
Can I make money with Comehome?
The contribution requested by the Hosts is mainly aimed at covering the expenses necessary to organize a Comehome. Nowadays there is no strict regulation regarding the so-called “Sharing Economy”, so it is perfectly legal to host people at home for an event and request a contribution. The earnings for the host, leaving aside the expenses, is the Host fee for the time spent organizing a quality event. Nevertheless, Hosts are invited to take into account the tax laws regarding earnings from hospitality activities.
Why do I need to communicate my date of birth?
You must enter your date of birth as the comehome service is only available to users who are at least 18 years old. Furthermore, this will allow us to wish you a happy birthday!
Why do I need to add a photo and a description to my profile?
A nice picture and a description that depicts you on your profile will allow the community to get to know you better, as well as giving you higher possibilities of bookings if you are a host!
How can I change my email address?
To change the email address associated with your profile, just use the Comehome app following these steps:
- Go to your Profile
- Press the Edit Profile Button
- In the Email field, enter the email address you wish to use
- Press the Confirm button
A bad review was made about me. What should I do?
To promote trust and transparency, Comehome does not censor, modify or delete reviews, unless they violate our Terms and Conditions and/or civilized communication rules.
If you believe that a review about you is false or exaggerated, you can write to us at info@comehome.fun with the subject “Reporting Review”. Our team will contact you right away.

How can I cancel my account?
To cancel your account, send us an email to dpo@comehome.fun with the subject “Delete account” specifying the email address linked to the Comehome account. You will receive a message confirming the cancellation.
