Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“Regulation” or “GDPR”), the personal data provided will be processed by Comehome S.r.l. (“Comehome”), with registered office in Via Malaga 6, Milano (MI) 20143, as Data Controller, in relation to the activation, use and management of the Gift Card.


The data are collected for the purpose of managing, from an administrative and technical point of view, the use of the Gift Card issued by the Controller, whose legal basis is art. 6.1.b) of the Regulation. The provision of your personal data is voluntary and your possible refusal to provide them will not allow Comehome to collect and process them for the purposes indicated herein.


The processing of personal data is carried out using manual and computerized instruments, with logic strictly related to the purposes and in any case in such a way as to guarantee the confidentiality and security of personal data.


The personal data provided may be made known to persons specifically appointed for the purposes and fulfilments connected with the management of the Gift Card and will not be disseminated. It is possible to obtain the updated list of all data processors also by writing to the e-mail address of the Data Controller (for example Stripe s.p.a.).


Personal data will be kept only for the time necessary for the purposes for which they are collected, in compliance with the principle of minimization set out in article 5.1.c) of the GDPR.  The Data Controller may keep some data for the time necessary to fulfil contractual and legal obligations. The personal data of the interested parties to whom you wish to send the Gift Card will be processed in compliance with current legislation. Comehome s.r.l. is not responsible for the lack of authorization to distribute the e-mail addresses used by you to send the Gift Card. Comehome s.r.l. will eliminate such information once the Gift Card has been collected and its treatment is based on art. 6.1. f).


You have the right to ask the Controller, at any time, access to your personal data, the correction or cancellation of the same or to oppose their processing, you have the right to request the limitation of the processing in the cases provided for in art. 18 of the Regulation, to revoke the consent given under art. 7 of the GDPR at any time; to obtain data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, in the cases provided for in Article 20 of the Regulation; and to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority pursuant to Article 77 of the GDPR (Data Protection Supervisor), if you consider that the processing of your data is contrary to the legislation in force.


You may submit a request for opposition to the processing of your data pursuant to Article 21 of the GDPR, in which you will give evidence of the reasons justifying your opposition: the Data Controller reserves the right to assess your request, which would not be accepted if there are legitimate compelling reasons for processing that override your interests, rights and freedoms.
